The History of La Festa
La Festa Brand was launched in Romania in 1996 in the same time with the advent of La Festa Cappuccino. For long time in Romania, the idea of Cappuccino was associated only with La Festa brand.
In 1998 La Festa Hot Chocolate, Instant drink based on cocoa with milk, was launched and has enjoyed a real success due to its quality and appetizing chocolate taste.
2002 was the year when we brought on the market the new image of La Festa Cappuccino, changing its name into La Festa Cappuccino Cremo in the same time.
La Festa 3in1 was launched in 2003, product that completes the coffee specialties category.
In 2006 La Festa cocoa specialties category, expanded itself by launching Dark Hot Chocolate – Instant drink based on cocoa and milk, with taste of bitterish chocolate. Dark, by its innovative taste meets the hot chocolate consumers, offering them one more delightful moment. La Festa Hot Chocolatta Dark has a special taste of bitterish chocolate made of the best Forastero tree cocoa beans. The relaxation, the revival, the inner harmony restoration are the characteristic attributes of La Festa Dark Chocolate.
In October 2007, took place the Rebranding process for all La Festa range, this was done with elegancy and sophisticated hall marks. The made changes for the products, were not done only from the visual point of view, the products benefited of a taste quality improvement, also.
In the same time, we launched a new assortment in the 3in1 category: 3in1 Strong Mocca, made for consumers whom prefer a beverage with a significant coffee percentage (15 %coffee) content.
In spring of 2009, La Festa Icefrappe was launched on the Romanian Market. This product can be prepared with cold water and if willing, with ice cubs. It is the summer version of La Festa 3in1.
