Brief History
Tymabark’s mother company, Maspex Wadowice, has had a history of over 18 years, and it originates in Poland, having developed subsidiaries in 8 countries.
The company has been present in Romania since 1996. It was then known as La Festa International, and the rebranding operation took place in 2006. The company's first factory was in Popesti Leordeni, Ilfov.
Since October 2001 the company Tymbark Maspex Romania has begun a comprehensive process of upgrading and modernizing the old factory, Conserve SA, located in Valenii de Munte, Prahova County.
The factory is endowed with a well equipped laboratory and a computerized production process. An important fact to mention is the high level of product quality control in all phases of production, which is certified ISO 9001/2000 and HACCP.

Currently Tymbark Maspex Romania produces in its factory in Valenii de Munte all the products under the brands: Tymbark, Tedi, Carotella, Ciao and Figo and the range of instant La Festa products (La Festa Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate La Festa, La Festa 3in1).
Since September 2007 our company has started building a new plant in Valenii de Munte. The investment made, consists of a new production center, deposits and modern production lines, and it is worth over 30 million euros, which amounts to double the investments made so far by Tymbark Maspex in Romania, the total area being over 50,000 mp.
The New Factory in Valenii de Munte:
The new production center uses the latest technology in an aseptic-filling. The aseptic bottling of juices and soft drinks is the secret to a long shelf life without using preservatives. The technology is used only by the largest corporations in the world, as it involves major expenditure investment.
In December 2007, the Arnos Oradea producer of pasta was taken over by the pasta market leader in Poland - Lubella SA, a company represented on the Romanian market by our company, Tymbark Maspex Romania.
Tymbark Maspex is the largest Polish investor in Romania, and the new facilities in Valenii de Munte guarantee continuous development of the company in this market and hence job security for its employees.
The company Tymbark Maspex Romania is a full member of the National Association of ANBR soft drinks.
